Section: Abstract, title and references The title of the study has a relevance to the journal's scope and the title is self-explanatory. The purpose of the study is stated clearly in the beginning of the two lines. The method, sample size, statistical techniques are stated clearly. The major finding of the study that there is relationship between ICT adoption and academic performance is said clearly. The contents of the paper are outlined at last in short. Keywords are not included after the abstract and it needs to be included. Referencing is given as per the journal’s instruction, but it is better if APA style is followed, as the paper belongs to the field of Social Science.

Section: Introduction and background Introduction is given in detail. An idea of ICT and its relevance to education filed is discussed with its significance. The challenges in ICT are highlighted. The research gap is identified and based on those gaps, 3 objectives are stated to precede the research, though the research questions are not raised. The introduction is too big and it would be better if it is shortened. The discussion on ICT could be directly stated and to the point. An elaborate Review of related studies is given with a critical analysis at the end, which provides background of the study.

Section: Methods Prior to the method, the hypotheses formulation is stated one-by-one clearly. Method states sampling and population is stated clearly. The validity of the tool is established well. Reliability could be added.

Section: Results Results of the study are done using AMOS correctly and it is clearly illustrated with Figures and Tables. Titles and Figures are clearly labeled. Along with the results, the discussion is done. It is better that the findings are supported with the previous finding.

Section: Recommendation and Conclusion Discussion is done under the heading ‘Recommendation and Conclusion’.

Section: Overall statement (summary) of the article: The study is conducted among the Saudi University students with the objective of finding out the impact of ICT adoption on Students’ academic performance. This quantitative study findings reveal that there is relationship between ICT adoption and academic performance in a conservative environment, and improves the academic performance of students.

Section: Overall strengths of the article and its impact: ‘ICT Adoption Impact on Students’, the study variable, is explained in detail. The study is conducted by 1000 students of four different Saudi Universities. Research tools are properly used to get data and find the possible ways to reach the objectives.

Section: Specific comments on weaknesses of the article and what could be done to improve it: Major points: 1. Method and result and discussion are mixed up in a single subheading. It could be separately presented for easy understanding of the common readers. 2. Introduction is too lengthy and it could be succinct. 3. Diagrams and Figures are of clarity. 4. APA style needs to be followed.

Minor Points: 1. Key words may be added after the Abstract. 2. Reliability of the tool is should be added in the method section. 3. Scoring process of the tool may be added.
