Comments on abstract, title, references

•The title is somewhat ambiguous. I suggest that the mediating and interactive variable be included in the title more clearly. •The abstract gave a clear idea of the research and its details. •As for the references , only they were arranged and used well

Comments on introduction/background

The introduction needs to be reformulated because it focused on aspects and neglected others. I suggest that the focus be on the matters that need to be demonstrated, such as the mediator and Moderator variable

Comments on methodology

The research methodology is somewhat brief, but it is understandable, as well as the research design is logical and largely modular. The methodology gave purpose for the research.

Comments on data and results

I believe that the presentation and analysis of the results need more statistical analyzes such as (confirmatory factor analysis, path analysis), in addition to the analyzes of the mediating and moderating variable. Because the topic examines the possibility of modifying and increasing the positive impact of these variables, while the conclusions are good and explain what the study mechanism has reached in a logical manner.

Comments on discussion and conclusions

I believe that the aim of the study is how moral leadership affects engagment in work and increase this positive relationship through other variables, so unfortunately I did not find the results and discussion of them sufficient for this goal, and this study tends to address theoretical matters, and the research can be used to increase knowledge and contribute to creating knowledge relationships Humanity within the field of work, I think that this study was conducted in a logical manner, but it needs to reformulate the results so that the great effort is not wasted.
