Congratulations on an interesting topic area of comfort and for gaining such a large group of participants. I do agree very much that your results prove the multi-dimensional, subjective and fluctuating nature of 'comfort' with many more variables that may need to be considered. I would of like to of seen more description regarding the disparity between the different centres and why two centres yielded such different results. I was intrigued by the finding of uncertainty and anxiety for young patients and also feel these need further consideration, more importantly can see how these variables would be more important than comfort.
