need to explain which extraction and qRT-Real-time PCR protocols followed. which instrument used. ORF1ab, nucleoprotein gene used but did performed any internal control gene to prevent false negative.

Basis of the findings
It's important finding to detect SARS-CoV-2 in stool specimens for at least an additional 9 days. but as an author's said this is really limited data presented. need to improve case amounts and findings to support this data.
