A Comprehensive Review of Rubia cordifolia Linn: Traditional uses, Phytochemistry, Pharmacological activities, and Clinical applications

All table contents need to sort alphabetically.

Table 1: 1. Several herbal names need to be italic and add space between genus and species as (Amomum kravanh Pierre ex Gagnep, Laccifer lacca Kerr. Dashua Jihua).

Table 2: 1.What is the purpose of column MF???, It's much better to be addition the compound structure. 2. Should remove repetition for compound (1,3,6-Tirhydroxy -2-methylanthraquinone-3-o-(6’-O- acetyl)-α-xylopyranosyl-(1→2)-β-glucoside). "Highlighted with red color" 6. Some compounds listed at the table 2 didn't exist in Rubia cordifola related to their mentioned references as 1,3,6-Tirhydroxy-2-methylanthraquinone-3-O-(6’-O- acetyl)-α-xylopyranosyl-(1→2)-β-glucoside, 2-Carbomethoxy-3-(3’-hydroxy)-isopentyl-1,4-naphthohydroquinone-4-O-β-glucoside, 2-Carbomethoxy-3-prenyl-1,4-naphthohydroquinone-1,4-di-O-β-glucoside, RY-Ⅱ, RAI-Ⅲ, RAI-Ⅵ, Rubicordin A, Rubicordin C, Rubiyunnanin B, Neo-RA-V, Allo-RA-V, 5-Methoxygeniposidic acid, 6-Methoxygeniposidic acid, (Atraric acid, Vanillic, Rubiasin A, Rubiasin B, D-3-O-Methoxy-chiroinositol, and Rubiasin C belongs to Rubia tinctorum L.) "Highlighted with red color" 7. reference (Lu et al., 2010b) doesn't found at reference list. "Highlighted with yellow color"

Table 3: 1. Structure of Mollugin and 2`-Methyoxymollogin are not correct. 2. reference (Lu et al., 2010b) doesn't found at reference list. 3. Epoxymollugin doesn't found at mentioned reference.

Table 4: 1.Nordamnacanthal and Lucidin primeveroside didn't found at mentioned reference. 2. Ruberythric acid compound and its reference (Ford et al., 2015) doesn't belong Rubia cordifola.

Table 5: 1. Kuang et al., 2012 and Li et al., 2021 didn't belong Rubia cordifola so should remove any related data. 2. Some compounds didn't present at their mentioned references in table 5 as RA -Ⅶ, RA-Ⅷ, RA -ⅩⅢ, RA-ⅩⅤ , RA-ⅩⅤⅢ, RA-ⅩⅠⅩ, RA-ⅩⅩ, O-Seco-RA-XXIV, RA-IX, RA-XIV
3. Wang et al., 2021 and Lee et al., 2008 references are with a Chinese language so I couldn't revise. 4. the basic structure of RA -ⅩⅢ, RA-ⅩⅤ, and are not correct. 5. the compound name (O-Ssco-RA-V) is not correct.  

Table 6: 1. Some references should remove as Fan et al. 2011, Lajko, Marhoume et al. 2021 and Bajpai et al. 2017 which didn't belong the studying species.

The manuscript: As the conflict in the tables data, the same mistakes were found at the manuscript with other mistakes such as: 1. Should sort the component classes and the biological activities alphabetically. 2. Some compounds not found at their mentioned references as 2-methyoxymollogin, 1,2-dihydroxydihydromollugin, 1-methoxy-2- hydroxydihydromollugin, dihydromollugin (Jun et al., 2011) and so on please check the original manuscript uploaded. “Marked with yellow color” 3. Some minor spelling or punctuations mistakes present. “Marked with yellow color” 4. Should remove the repetition data at Figure 1B and 1C. 5. Some references are mentioned at the manuscript which not found at reference list as Shan et al., 2016, Zhang et al., 2018, Ginovyan et al., 2020, and so on. And some references didn’t present neither at the manuscript nor the tables but present at the reference list. “Marked with yellow color” 6. Some references didn’t belong to your studying species as Ramamoorthy et al., 2009, Manojlovic et al., 2005, and so on. “Marked with yellow color” 7. Some references as Gong et al., 2017; Do et al., 2013; Luo et al., 2022; Rawal et al., 2004 as mentioned at manuscript that present in table 6 but this is not correct. “Marked with yellow color” 8. Some references’ Doi are not available online and some others need to add its Doi.
