The title is clear and appropriate for the content. I did not find some results in the abstract. The all information are referenced correctly and its a new work in this field .

The reference also new and it is in field of the study . in the introduction I read “Isatin is a natural product found in a number of plants” I suggest to write the type or name of some plants contain the Isatin compounds. It's good clarification of the methodology, but it needs to mention how can calculate some of descriptors which used in this study. The results were discussed gradually and successive steps by achieving the best results obtained, but the theoretical study was described briefly.

This type of study that contains theoretical study is very useful because it reduces the time and money that needs to be done in the laboratory. It is an original paper. I don’t see any weakness in a manuscript. I accept to published this manuscript
