Delirium diagnosis in DLB
The paper is a short review of a timely and important topic, how to differentiate delirium and DLB. As the author rightly state, both over- and under-diagnosis may occur with potentially important consequences.
The paper is clear and concise. However, it is very short, I am not sure whether this is commissioned review / introduction to a special issue?
There is no description of the AIMS, or of METHODS, ie literature search.
The discussion of one study is interesting, but I missed a statement about HOW it is possible to differentiate, ie is there a “Gold standard”? probably not.
