This article has a clear thinking, has certain research significance, and the research method is reasonable, but there are still some minor issues that need to be improved.
1. In my point of view, the introduction section shall be rewritten carefully. In current version, the authors did not explain clearly the current status of the study and why the genetic optimize multi-control adaptive fractional order PID (AFOPID) controller was proposed.
2. The authors only proved the effectiveness by the simulation results. If the authors cannot carry out experiments of the P/W Connected Grid system, please give detailed proof of system stability and proof of system state convergence of the proposed AFOPID controller.
3. In section 3, only FOPID, PI and FLC are compared. Some simulation comparisons with the previous publications of the same control structure shall be given to show the contribution of your works, such as, PSO-FOPID controller and ACO-FOPID controller.
4. The GA algorithm mentioned in the article is easy to fall into a local optimum, so how did the authors avoid the local optimum?
5. Some redundancy is occurring which leads to thesis so prolix, especially this title is too long. Please refine the manuscript thoroughly for a clear and concise statement.
6. In Title, what does “P/W” mean? Please note that the first time an abbreviation appears, the full name should be given.
7. In the Summary section, “maximum power point MPPT” should be written “maximum power point tracking MPPT”, the same problems can be found in every subsequent page. Please check the whole article carefully and modified them.
8. In the Introduction section, the authors refer to some reference. But, the shortcomings of these works and the motivation of this paper need to be strengthened. Also, the authors shall summarize the contribution of their works in the Introduction section.
9. The authors need to add more references within the recent 5 years to support your research:

11. The criteria used in the calculation of the controlling inputs (u1, u2) in this article. Why choose the Multi-Control formulation? How to avoid the maximum dynamic deviation caused by the use of this criterion will have a greater impact?
12. Please check the references carefully.
