A timely and well written paper. I enjoyed reading this. Perhaps I wanted to see if there were any recommendations, in terms of what worked well, that could inform future practice. But I appreciate that may have not been the goal of the study.

Clearly expressed and topical paper which captures leadership in nurse education at a particular moment in time. Would be interested to see a 'lessons learned' paper and implications for the future at some stage.
