Comments on abstract, title, references Title: Can be refined as the titke is too long and also patient safety culture is repeated. Abstract: The aim is not defined well. What was the sample selection criteria used. In conclusion the statemnet that patient safety culture presented weakness , was it determined only by takig that event reporting was low. References: Most of the references are not recent references.
