Introduction/background
it clearly stated what is already known about this topic ended with the research aim adequate references suggest to aim the conceptual definition of work environment before its structure.

Methods well stated including Study design, setting and participants suggest to indicate how you recruit nurses: inclusion criteria, sampling technique ad sample size calculation What about of validity and reliability of used questionnaires. data collection described enough detail in order to replicate the study.

Result The data presented in an appropriate way. Tables and figures relevant and clearly presented.

Discussion: the results discussed from multiple angles and placed into context without being overinterpreted the conclusions answer the aims of the study. however it was not supported by references the limitations of the study were presented with opportunities to inform future research.

Conclusion & implication  Some implication for practice and future research delineated in the discussion need to moved in the implication part.

Overall ● the study design appropriate to answer the aim ● the article consistent within itself.

Some old references were older than 2010, need update.
