This is manuscript corresponds to a review about the molecular aspects of ameloblastoma, with emphasis on its clinical translation. The review is well written, and although is on a difficult topic, it is not difficult to follow and summarizes properly the available evidence on the topic.

I have 2 very minor observations. Table S1 is not quoted on the text, and the acronym UA is mentioned for the first time in Page 4 line 15 without a definition, please add it.

The authors have responded to my comments satisfactorily
