Dear Authors:

I have reviewed the manuscript titled “BRIEF DIAGNOSTIC CRITERIA FOR TEMPOROMANDIBULAR DISORDERS: SENSITIVITY AND SPECIFICITY OF CLINICAL DIAGNOSES (A MULTI-CENTER STUDY).” This study addresses a significant and relevant topic that aligns well with the interests of the Journal of Oral Rehabilitation's readership. In my opinion, with some minor revisions, the manuscript will be ready for publication.
Please see below, some comments

Abstract:
1. Please provide the reliability and sensitivity values.
Introduction:
Very good introduction.
Materials and Methods:
1. Why was it necessary for the subjects' records to demonstrate a TMD pain condition for at least three months, when the DC/TMD only requires a minimum of one month? Were records of subjects experiencing pain for a duration between one and three months excluded?
2. How were the records of subjects selected? Were all the records of the settings in both countries considered? If not, how were they selected? Who selected the records?
3. Why was it necessary for subjects to experience lack of substantial relief from symptoms after receiving adequate conservative management for TMD in primary care?
4. Was intra-examiner analysis performed in each faculty? For example, ICC?
