Thank you for the possibility to review the manuscript titled: “Improvement In Severe Asthma Patients Reciving Biologics And Factors Associated With Persistent Insufficient Control: A Real-Life National Study.”. The manuscript is interesting and easy to read. The sudy design is appropriate and well-described. However, there are several important points, which should be considered:
-T2B- and T2B+ seem different according to comorbidities. Although the results demonstrate that only GERD and OSA is associated with worse treatment comorbidities that were assessed in this study deserve more attention. Moreover, it is possible that the number of included patient did not allow to demonstrate association between some of the listed conditions with treatment prognosis. Please discuss this in the discussion section.
-Please provide more information about the biological treatment that the patient received.
