Comments on abstract, title, references Thank you for your submission As regard the title: 1. The target organs not mentioned in the title. 2. The title does not indicate the type of study. 3. Determine the organs in which the possible histopathological changes will show. As regard the abstract: 1. The research question is not clear. 2. The number of rats used is small. 3. The histopathological changes are not mentioned in the results although they mentioned in the conclusions. 4. The place and duration of the experiment not cleared. 5. The different words of the keywords should be separated by semi comma, not a comma. As regard the references: 1. The references are relevant however the references no. 1 and 2 have no page numbers.

Comments on introduction/background

The introduction is mostly clear and formative but references no. 1 and 2 need correction. The research question should be cleared.

Comments on methodology

The number of rats is not enough, however, the process of subject selection is clear and the variables defined and measured appropriately. The study methods are valid and reliable.

Comments on data and results

The tables are well constructed and relevant. However, the results contain figures of the liver tissue only although the experiment includes kidney, spleen, and brain.

Comments on discussion and conclusions

In the discussion, there is an interpretation about changes occurring in the testes although the results do not mention it.

The conclusions answer the aims of the study, however, the limitations of the study are not clarified.
