Does this methodology belong to other researchers? It is complicated to understand I suggest you explain the new methodology briefly rather combine others work. The attenuation effect not explained while in ultrasound imaging causes a reduction to image quality. In methodology, it is better only explain how you do this work rather talking about the background.

It's important to explain how and where you receive these data? The result is good but it is better to analyze the result carefully for example how color doppler works why red and blue color what are the means. this needs more clarifications, and in general, is a good result.
