what are the PCR conditions used?
Results are well represented Figures and tables are clear and statistics were made Discussion need to be more specific and concentrate on discussing the obtained results and declare the novelty and the added value of the study
Overall the study is well constructed, and the aim is clear, but it only needs to declare what is new about this work compared to previous study in the same filed
