Thank you for the opportunity to review your paper I found it interesting and relevant to supporting health care provision for people with intellectual disability. However, I feel greater connectivity and flow would ensure readability as it is important the the heartcare audience attain the information in this paper.
Methods - I recommend that the survey instrument be clear what are the 8 domains and the number of questions in each domain is evident along with the total number of question within the full survey.
Findings - I advise to report each domain then inferential statics (could use table or figure for some domains).
Discussion - a greater punch needed with greater integration of references to support your discussion (I acknowledge a lot may be new but I suggest comparing to other aspects such as literature on capacity/consent etc.
