Overall statement or summary

Abstract: - is satisfactory and consists of brief of each section.

Introduction: - is satisfactory. It contains all relevant, latest reference with relevant literature. The research’s aim is clearly outlined and accordingly research hypothesis are proposed.

Methodology: - The method of selection of population is not mentioned. The ratio composition of sample size is also not clarified which is 57% women and 43% men. The analysis approach / methodology is appropriate which has used SmartPLS. The items are taken from the previous literature appropriately which are relevant to present study.

Results: - The results are well represented in Tables and Figures and are properly addressed in the main body of the Article. The validity and reliability of the measurement of scale is determined and hypotheses testing are appropriately completed.

Conclusion: - is well supported by the statistical results of the data analysis and supported by the previous researches.

Relevance of Study :- (1) The title of the study - "How does the online service level influence consumers’ purchase intentions before a transaction? A formative approach" is matching with the results of the article; title is relevance with the results of study.

(2) In the present Scenario of On line Shopping / Purchasing and Cyber Crime, this study seems highly relevant in this area. Authors have done a good work in that directions.

(3) The study seems relevant with respect to selected sample size and particular area, but to make generalized conclusion; the sample size has to redefine. This is because at some of the area the Working Performance of Internet may not be good and may results in frequent failure of transactions.

Overall Authors have selected a sound concept and done a good research work. There is further a big scope of research in this field with the increase of Online Shopping, Globalization, Cyber Crimes, Use of Internet etc.

Strengths

1) Strong concept and latest requirement of the organizations. 2) The robust methodology is used by the author. 3) Good scale of measurement is used.
4) Discussion and conclusion are supported significantly by statistically data and results.

Weaknesses

1) How population / sample size is selected - is not mentioned in the Article.
