The authors have submitted interesting work regarding estimation of speed and position of rotor.
However, the results need some improvement as follows:

• In Fig. 8 & 9, the time scale should be consistent.

• The results have been included about real and estimated speed from 0 to 400rpm and 0 to 1000rpm at no load. It is required that same speed results should also be included with Load and Full Load.

• There should be comparison with other schemes (like Ref [2,5] and others) to investigate about the performance of proposed work.

• Table. 1 should be included in the manuscript. It should not be the part of appendix.

The authors have submitted a revised version. Unfortunately, authors did not provide the "author response" of reviewer comments.
It is hard to follow which comments have been addressed or not.
Moreover, the authors have just highlighted some text which is showing the modification but it is not clear which results have been added.
The comparison was required to be included but it is not done and no rebuttal is submitted as well.
The paper cannot be accepted in this form as the purpose of revision has not been fulfilled.

The revised manuscript is in good shape now. Authors have provided satisfactory response to my comments.
