Access to HIV care and treatments for migrants between Lesotho and South Africa: a mixed methods study

The title was chosen which pointed to the fact that access to HIV care and treatment for migrants between Lesotho and South Africa: a mixed methods study. The background revealed literature search that pointed out the study and a well chosen title. The literature used in the background/introduction was fairly recent. The methodology was divided study design, population and setting, survey sampling and sampling allocation, data collection, and analysis. However, the internal validity need some improvement. More description of the methodology part of the study will be appreciated. The data management and analysis section that involved well reported. The table illustrating the distribution of HIV-infected migrants enrolled in the study was well described. The contained enough tables and figures. The strength of the study need to be discussed much more. The limitations of the study were discussed in the discussion section. However, more literature need addition that will argue for the topic and against the findings in the topic.
