Content of review 1, reviewed on December 03, 2018
The paper was reviewed. The paper is well designed and includes important informations for treatment of Cryptococcal Meningitis in low-resource areas. The following recommendations may be useful:
The authors haven't mentioned the study outcomes and endpoints and also statistical tests and software in abstract.
The number of study groups and their treatment regimen caused the complexity of the text. It may be helpful to name the study groups as A, B, C, and etc.
The introduction is slightly long.
The authors have not mentioned the ethical approval code in methodology.
I recommend to use "inclusion and exclusion criteria" instead of "TRIAL PARTICIPANTS" in the methodology.
