I have found this study interesting and innovative. I have just a few issues to point out:

1) I suggest some more literature review to situate your study, including research on teacher self-efficacy as well as research on the Italian context. You could reduce the long introduction about COVID if need be.

2) Similarly, you could elaborate more on how your results contribute to theory in the Discussion section.

3) For Table 2, the asterisks should probably be in the b column.
