The authors describe new findings of enlarged volume of hippocampus related to PRI and PSI in a cohort of 55 adult DM1.
Although the data are very interesting and innovative, the paper needs to be be slightly modified :

1-They should modify the sentence ( Introduction ,line4-5) into five phenotypes ( including Juvenile ; D'Antonio et al ,2016 ) according to huge french registry;

2- some cognitive difficulties have been described also in a large cohort of Canadian patients affected by late onset DM1 ( Louis Ricker et al );

3- they should include a sentence in the text about the somnolence status of their patients;

4- it should also be included a review od neuropsyvchological testing in DM1 ( Callus et a ; Frontiers in Neurology , 2018 ) and a review about the impact of cognitive impairment with new perspectives ( Gourdon and Meola, Frontiers in Cellular Neuroscience)
