In the abstract, "Given the rarity of hematopoietic malignancies, relative to adult counterparts"... should be "Given the rarity of pediatric hematopoietic malignancies, relative to adult counterparts"... although ALL is the single most common pediatric malignancy, it is thankfully still not a common malignancy.

Might want to mention that the TARGET project has performed MBD-seq and this may be of interest to those contemplating comparisons. The simultaneous runs of Infinium / hm450 and MBD-seq should be useful as an intermediary here and in TARGET.
