General comment:
Authors develop an open source software package, which allows users to plot their microbial community data, such as output data from qiime. This tool helps many researchers to understand complicated microbial data with many kinds of metadata.
Major revisions:
Authors described this tool as a “web based tool”, however, this is a software package must be installed in a local computer. Data operation is enable to be done on a web-browser, but this is not a “web-tool”. Authors must change this phrase.
Figure Labeling, such as A, B, C or B-1, B-2 , is not correspondent across figure, caption and in the main text. There is no fig.1C and D (see page 6 and caption).
