The submitted paper studies the thermal conductivity enhancement of water through the use of Graphene Oxide. The paper includes both empirical results and modeling with ANN. My comments about the paper are as follows:

Abstract: This paper lacks thorough editing. Authors should improve the English language by having a native speaker proof reading the paper.

Introduction: This part needs to be revised and background must be added.

Material and methods: In the Nanofluid Preparation, insert a figure about preparation steps.

Results: The low quality of the Figures and graphs diminishes the accessibility of the paper.

Conclusion: This section is not suitable.

References: The authors did not compare the similar works, and the references need to be updated.
