Comments on introduction/background

The citation of reference is not appropriate. The most informative data is not present in introduction. The author should write clear objective, research gap, hypothesis, method for achieved the aim and future direction properly. However, it was not written in this paper.

Comments on methodology

In this section, authors have mentioned "Diazepam and fluoxetine were procured from Square Pharmaceuticals Ltd., Dhaka, Bangladesh, whereas all other chemicals and reagent were of analytical grade" but it should be clearly mentioned the supplier details and analytical grade of chemicals.

Swiss albino mice of either sex (aged 6–7 weeks old and weighing 25–35 g) were obtained from the appropriate source....what is the appropriate source? author must mentioned the supplier details here. Moreover, they should provide animal ethics approval number. why author used only two dose at 200 and 400 mg/kg? what basis they have chosen this dose?
