This manuscript (VIRU781) reports the construction of efficient HCV-polyepitope vaccine candidates harbouring immune-enhancer sequences (H-2Dd (E2405-414: E2) and HLA-A*0201 (E1363-372: E1 and Core35-44: C) restricted CD8+ T-cell epitopes of HCV). Moreover, the authors evaluate their immunogenicity in BALB/c mice.

Several typing errors, as well as other mistakes should be amended:

(1) Title: "harboring" should be replaced by "harbouring"

(2) Abstract: Page 1, line 35: "sequesnce" should be replaced by "sequence"

(3) Page 6, line 1: "oligoes" should be replaced by "oligos"

(4) The authors sometimes use polytope and polyepitope. Please, they should always use the same word in the manuscript.

(6) Page 14, line 37: "polyepitop" should be replaced by "polyepitope"

(7) Page 16, line 45: "exploited" should be replaced by "used"

(8) There are too many references (45).
