The introduction is informative and the research question highlight and justified for what is already known about the topic, but also but It needs proofreading and grammar review and need to use the active voice instead of passive voice for example "Microbiome is highly variable and a very important player mutually related to DM as well as obesity, e.g., weight gain may be also considered as a complication of insulin treatment [5]. Dietary intervention was found to modulate the gut microbiota and improve glucose control in individuals with T2DM [6].", There are many such examples throughout the research not just in the introduction.

The result is informative and It is very well presented and can be seen clearly through the tables and figures making it easier for the reader to understand the information.
