structuring overall comment on full review of the article:
The summary section of article: The abstract of article is well written in brief way and displayed the goals of the study appropriately. The aim of the study is correspond to the title of study and it is strongly answered the question of the study.
The strengths of the article and what impact it might have in your field: The subject of the study is fairly good, and it gave a clear idea about how to deal with some difficult cases that the specialist dentist may face to treat some critical cases that need surgical intervention. The researchers have explained, according to what was stated in their study, how to use the allograft with the possibility of adding some substances that accelerate bone formation in the area of bone resorption associated with periodontal disease. One of these accelerated substances is hyaluronic acid that was added with the bone graft to study its effect on the amount of bone formation and this idea is an extension of previous research in this field, with differences in choosing the type of the growth factor (Hyaluronic acid gel) to study its effect when combined with bone graft material or even when it is solely applied in defect that make this study to some extend a new one.
The weaknesses point of the article and what could be done to improve it: according to reviewer opinion the study plan is clear and the method for its implementation is good and the scientific research is enriched with an opinion that can give additional strength to the research. There is only a small point that may benefit the researcher in his future research. On what basis was the dose determined? Was there a preliminary study carried out by researchers in advance to determine the amount of bone graft and growth factor, or were the doses randomly determined?
Minor points like figures/tables not being mentioned in the text, a missing reference, typos, and other inconsistencies: all the figures / tables are mentioned in text of article and there are no missing references that mentioned in article.
