For the Fig 5c, "For MCF-7 cells, an increase in GFP-derived fluorescence intensity was observed even when only Cre
recombinase was added (Figure 5 (c)), but no increase in this amount was observed when encapsulated
in EV2." This sentence itself is incorrect. For MCF-7, there is an increasement of GFP expression for both Cre only and EV2 encapsulated Cre samples. Since that increasement for both Cre only and EV2 samples were comparable, the Cre delivery using EV2 didn't specifically target the MCF-7 cells. The authors should revisit this point before the acceptance of this paper. Other than that, all the questions and comments were addressed properly.
