The author has adequately addressed the major concerns of this reviewer. The only suggestion that I have is to change the wording of the first sentence of the conclusion ".... newly manipulated data...." sounds like you manipulated (changed) the data to support your hypotheses. I would either get rid of this or change the word manipulated.
