The manuscript titled Classic Desmoplastic Ameloblastoma: Should It Be a Distinct Subtype of Ameloblastoma? (ODI-02-25--15467.R1) presents a well-executed and thoroughly revised study that aims to investigate whether classic desmoplastic ameloblastoma constitutes a distinct subtype of ameloblastoma. The research is clearly articulated, methodologically sound, and provides important and original findings that contribute meaningfully to the understanding of odontogenic tumors. In this revised version, the authors have addressed all previous reviewers’ comments in a satisfactory manner. The updated version of the manuscript demonstrates a high level of scientific rigor and editorial care. The structure is appropriate, the data presentation is clear, and the discussion is insightful and well-supported by the results.
