HEALTH EFFECTS OF OVERWEIGHT AND OBESITY IN 195 CONUTRIES OVER 25 YERS (DOI: 10:1056/NEJMoa1614362) The title was clear and well constructed. Methodology was broken into subsection which allowed easy understanding of the presented facts by the readers. It involved systematica estimatimation of the prevalence of overweight and obesity among children (< 20 years) and adults between 1980 and 2015. Comparative-risk-assessment approach from Global Burden of Diseases study was used in the study. The burden of disease was assessed by deaths and disability-adjusted life-years, a composite metric computed as the sum of years lived with diability and years of life lost due to high BMI. Global distribution of BMI was described int the study. The statistical analysis section was well explained (it took into consideration the numbers of deaths and disability-adjusted life-years related to high BMI for each country, according to age, sex, year and cause, by multiplying the population attributable fraction by the total number of deaths or disability-adjusted life-years). Figures and tables were well presented. However, I would want more tables to presented for easy digest of the readers. The results section was well presented to the understanding of the readers. The results section clearly speil out the prevalence of obesity at the global level, age-standardized prevalence of obesity worldwide in 2015, global disability-adjusted life-years and deaths associated with a high body-mass index (1990-2015), present changes and drivers of change in disability-adjusted life-years, and deaths at the global level according to sociodemographic index. The conclusion section supports the findings/results of th study.
