This is an interesting paper that aims to to describe and compare subjective indicators of quality of work and life across countries and organizational contexts. This book chapter deals with a very important topic. Background information’s and context is clear. Research questions are clearly articulated and justified. Results are informative. Tables and graphs are clear and catagories are appropriate Statistically significant results are presented . Results are meaningful. Conclusion drawn from the study support the aim and scope of paper

However there are certain issues that should be removed.

Firstly abstract of this chapter is missing

Secondly in method section important informations are missing for example although variables are clearly defined but the process of subject selection is not clear. Results are not thoroughly discussed from analytical perspective

There should be separate conclusion and discussion section
