This manuscript describes the isolation and characterization of a new Enterobacter phage. The authors describe the isolation of the phage from Vietnam soil. Morphological characterization shows that the phage belongs to Myoviridae with a hexahedral head (100 nm in diameter), a neck, and a contractile sheath (100 nm long and 18 nm wide). The authors also studied the phage infection cycle, phage thermal and PH stability, and provide an interesting analysis for the phage's genome.
