Comments on abstract, title, references

A structured abstract is written about the topic and well arranged. The title is too lengthy and the location of the center is mentioned in the title too, along with the use of word "epidural anesthesia" It will have better impact if the title have been written as:

"Knowledge, attitude, and practice of childbearing women toward epidural analgesia during normal vaginal delivery in primary care setting" .

References are well arranged and written as per journals protocol.

Comments on introduction/background

Introduction section is written well and concisely. Paragraphs 4th & 5th should have better impact if merged together. The purpose and question of the study is well documented.

Comments on methodology

In respect to methodology section of the study, the authors should have mentioned the sampling size and calculation method in their paper. similarly the statistical software used in the analysis of the data should be mentioned in the methodology section of the paper.

Comments on Data & Results

In respect to questionnaire designed by the author; Does the reliability of the questionnaire done prior its application in the current study? It will be better to have a pre-test of the questionnaire applied.

Comments on Discussions

The discussion section of the paper is well written in respect to studies mostly from gulf studies which have the same community as that of community of the studied population.
