This is an interesting intervention of a multidomain approach to weight loss including dietary advice, physical activity, intermittent fasting, and behaviour change. It is particularly interesting how they intervention and education was not strictly enforced, but successful results were achieved.

The results also support improving diet quality (encouraging healthy fats and reducing high glycaemic carbohydrate) as a key factor of a weight loss program. I am very interested to see this program proceed to an RCT.

Please see some minor suggestions below:

Page 4, line 10: Suggest “There is an urgent need…”.

Page 4, line 24: What were the qualifications of the facilitator?

Page 10, Line 14: Is there a reason future directions were placed before the discussion rather than towards the end of the manuscript?

Page 11, line 14: Please use a comma after “In I-SatPro”.

Page 13, lines 4-8: It is worth mentioning how these beneficial changes may also be attributed to changes in carbohydrate intake. This could also be assisted by moving the paragraph on Page 14, lines 5-9, up.

Figure 1 appears to have been altered during the production process. However, it appears cluttered and could benefit from a re-design.
