Comments on abstract, title, references

1- The aim of the abstract is clear 2- The title doe not contain all key features, especially what related to mentioned clinical trials 3- Most references are recent

Comments on introduction/background

4- The second paragraph of the introduction ( currently, ... ) has not been referred to in the references 5- The structure of the introduction needs to be more effective

Comments on methodology

6- There is a potential selection bias towards some medicine such as remdesivir 7- Methodology has high validity of data collection, but there is inconsistent of medications tables

Comments on data and results

8- Results for some clinical trials do require supporting evidence 9- It would be better to discuss most of results issues in separate section (discussion section)

Comments on discussion and conclusions

10-The author did not make a direct or explicit statement of the results in the beginning of the discussion . 11- I was expecting to read more interpretation in the part of conclusion
