The authors discuss (ultrastructure) TEM examination
 results on the exocrine pancreas (Acinar cells) that there is no direct relation with the induced diabetic stauts, it is supposed to discuss the Endocrine part ( at least insulin secreting cells) which impairs the results of the TEM.
