"New Generation Oral Anticoagulants in Dental Practice: A Retrospective Observational Study (Part 1) (Manuscript Number: ODI-04-20-OM-8135)" is an observational retrospective review of the electronic records of patients. The initial sample size is about 6667. Finally, the authors analysed a total of 130 patients using New Generation Oral Anticoagulants during their dental treatment. The data presented in the manuscript is descriptive data of the study subjects. More important to the value of this manuscript is that the conclusion stated in this manuscript far overreaches the data presented, and must be amended. Clearly a great deal of time was devoted to collecting patient data; more care should be taken in collecting relevant clinical data.
