The topic of this scoping review is interesting and still debate. Many different approaches and protocols have been proposed for the management of ORN. The treatment of ORN may be still challenging and this scoping review may result useful in everyday clinical practice.

Dear Authors,
all the revision suggested have been performed and the manuscript is now more detailed and complete.
However, considering the observational pilot study "Dion et al., 1990", I suggest to exclude it from the analysis. In the manuscript there is written "All the pilot studies aimed to assess the effectiveness of PENTO or PENTOCLO in the treatment of ORN", while in the table 4 there is written "14 patients with soft tissue radionecrosis". I suggest to exclude it because it is not clear if these patients were affected by soft tissues necrosis or ORN.
