The paper present only theoretical results on the differential operator, but failed to provide some applications, i will suggest the author to provide some application take for instance the solution with nonlinear problems present some simulations. The paper should present analytical or numerical method to handle differential equations with such differential operators. The conclusion must be added. I recommend the paper with major revisions
