I can say that the manuscript is interesting and the results presented showed the activity of the proposed methods, but the paper needs some simple corrections. Following are my suggestions:

1. Explanations and discussions need to be added for the figures.

2. The application is not enough and It will be better to conduct Monti Carlo simulation study and see the agreement with the real data.

3. I think that it will be worth to calculate some measures and compare the results with other distributions.

4. I think that it will be also worth writing some recommendations in the concluding remarks sections.
