The overall paper is very informative with current references and writings about increasing the efficiency among the public health workers and services discharge. However, the #abstract have not mentioned the methods and tools used to conduct the evaluation and how it was done. It have not outlined the recommendations that can be put in place to increase the workers efficiency and competency. The #title have been well done objectively focusing on the training to increase the knowledge and competency among the public health workers. The #References are well organized, correctly cited, and matches the aim of the paper.
