The submission presents A Modified Active Frequency Islanding Detection Method Based on Load Frequency and Chopping Fraction Changes. The authors have done great work. However, there are certain issues that the authors should be clarified and improved upon:
The authors should compare their study in greater detail for differences that might explain their opposing findings by highlighting the goal and the novelty of the manuscript in the Introduction with 3-4 bullet points.
Similar types of analysis/works have already discussed in the previous literature related to the presented problem. Then what is the new in this work?
The authors should work on English writing/editing to improve the quality and readability of the manuscript. Describe each figure, equation briefly, what they represent.
It is necessary that the authors should illustrate/present the detailed modeling/design of the studied power system, converter/inverter data, filter data, upper and the lower boundaries of the control variables, and system data/constraints, etc. Moreover, give the details of the experimental setup with each sub-system and components/equipment (i.e., manufacturer, serial no., etc.).
How do the authors select the controller parameters of the PI-controller and control variables, etc.
It would be beneficial to have the comparative results/statistical data of the proposed approaches/analysis over the existing approaches/analysis. The authors need to add more comparative results such as reactive/active power, current and voltage waveforms, THD, etc., to validate the proposed work.
