This article has interesting data, however, there are some point need answer, making it not ready for publication especially in experimental design. Thus the authors are invited to address the followings:

Line 65. Where is source of A. awamori?
Line 67. Is this study ethically approved? Where is the ethical approval? Also, please, ad source of rabbit.
Line 71. Process of the diet mixing with A. awamori
Did you added a material while mixing the feed in order to hold the A. awamori to feed?
After you added A. awamori, the diet was prepared in the form of pellet or not? How? Did this process affected or not on A. awamori?
Line 88. …and blood samples were collected. Where is the site of blood collection? did you anesthetized rabbit or not? Type and dose of anesthesia.
Line 96. Serum was collected using non-heparinized syringes (3000 rpm for 15 min at 4°C),……… This is not correct please, correct into "Blood was collected using non-heparinized syringes for serum separation (3000 rpm for 15 min at 4°C),………"
Line 104. You started new trial for digestibility but did not mentioned it t line 67 in "Rabbits, diets, and experimental procedure" you must first mentioned plane of the experiment to avoid confusion.
Line 126. Mention method of euthanized.
Line 142. "Rabbits fed with a diet enriched in A. awamori displayed significantly increased growth performance, regardless of the dose………" These not correct where not all groups fed with a diet enriched in A. awamori done significant result please, correct.
Line 143. "Furthermore, rabbits fed with A. awamori-enriched diets at 150 mg per kg diet showed significantly higher final body weight and weight gain (P < 0.05). When compared to the control, the feed conversion……………" please, correct into " Furthermore, rabbits fed with A. awamori-enriched diets at 150 mg per kg diet showed significantly higher final body weight and weight gain (P < 0.05) when compared to the control. The feed conversion……………"
Line 159. There was a significant effect on serum glucose. Please, correct.
Line 172. "The MDA and CAT activities of rabbits…………." This expression not correct for MDA when measure MDA we measure concentration not activity.
The manuscript need professional editing especially punctuation.

Reviewers comments:
1. The authors used many references for fish studies while the study in rabbits. Thus, it is highly recommended to replace it with references in rabbit studies. Done
2. Title: add nutrient digestibility. Done
3. Abstract: the experimental design should be clearly described. Not done
4. Keywords: it is highly recommended to use words other than those used in the title. Done
5. Line 72: revise the standard error value as it does not match with table 2 Not done
6. Line 73: replace 2.2%with 2611 kcal. Done
7. Line 77: remove "the work of". Done
8. Lines 78 and 82: add the equations. Done
9. Line 104: Have the feces been collected for 14 days? Please clarify the duration. Done
10. Results:
- The levels are written wrong in the whole section. Please, revise. Not done
- Table 1: the digestible energy should 2611 not 2411 according to the equation used by the author. Done
- Uniform "fiber" or "fibre" Done
- All values in the tables should be uniformed to two significant numbers (e.g. 7 should be 7.00). Done
- Table 2: bodyweight should be "final body weight". Done
11. Line 141: replace "average" with "final". Done
12. Line 143: revise your results. Not done
13. Discussion
- Lines 184-190: clarify how Aspergillus awamori could increase the lipid, fiber, and protein digestibility.
- Lines 191-198: clarify how Aspergillus awamori could increase the length and villi thickness. Done
- Lines 206 -210: remove as the cortisol has not been estimated. Done
- Lines 211-212: clarify how Aspergillus awamori could increase the total protein. Done
- Line 222-232: clarify how Aspergillus awamori improve antioxidant status. Done
