Dear authors,
Thank you for the opportunity to review your manuscript.
I really enjoyed the paper, it is well written, clear, and easy to follow. The only thing that I would like is for you to add in the “limitations” part of the discussion something related to the toxicity of the drug, that may be responsible for several EOTs, therefore these are probably not from real progressing patients. The trial being negative, as well as the toxicity of the compound put a stop to taselisib development, and I think this should be clear in the manuscript.
