The authors report on the effects of superagonistic anti-CD28 antibodies on IFN-gamma production by transferred in vitro generated T1 cells in mice, in the absence and presence of Tregs. Possible mechanisms are investigated. The quality of experiments and of the manuscript is ok, but this kind of research is in my opinion not interesting for a broad immunological audience.
